Key facts

  • Bandwidth: 4 channel: 350 MHz - 2 GHz | 8 channel: 100 MHz - 2 GHz
  • 2U height which makes it the ideal choice for rack applications
  • Integrated e-ink display with key information such as instrument IP and status for fast setup
  • Zone Trigger on analog, spectrum, and math
  • Same great specs as MXO5 Series oscilloscope:
    - World’s fastest oscilloscope: 4.5 million waveforms/sec
    - Industry-leading system architecture: 12-bit ADC, 18 bi t HD mode and 10-bit ENOB
    - Deepest in class standard memory: 500 Mpoints
    - Industry leading spectrum acquisition rate of 45,000 FFT/s and up to 4 spectra

Next generation oscilloscope in a compact form

The R&S®MXO 5C series uses same building blocks as R&S®MXO 5 series oscilloscopes delving the same outstanding specifications, engineered into a compact form. The R&S®MXO 5C four-channel and eight-channel models and bandwidth ranging from 100 MHz up to 2 GHz provide superior time and frequency measurements. The 2U height of the R&S®MXO 5C series has the high channel density you need. It can be placed on a rack with other test equipment or used in bench applications for more vertical space. The paper-like low-power e-ink display shows key information such as connectivity status. The oscilloscope can be controlled remotely via LAN with the integrated web browser and virtual front panel.
